SPARK BY HILTON PHOENIX EAST MESA, Mesa

The hotel sits in a quiet area convenient to the airport, with major retailers such as Walmart and Target within a short drive. Numerous restaurants, including Native Grill & Wings and Ono Hawaiian BBQ, are about 1 km away. The location provides a practical base for those attending events at Hohokam Stadium (26 km away) or flying in and out of Mesa Gateway. While the area is car-dependent, the free shuttle and ample on-site parking make airport access straightforward.

Room types include double, quadruple, and family rooms, with configurations offering one, two, or three beds. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The bathrooms are private but are noted as small, with limited counter space. Some rooms have a separate sitting area, providing additional space, though storage is minimal with few hangers. The mattresses are described as comfortable, but pillows may vary in quality. Road-facing rooms and those near the gym or elevator can experience noise; opting for a quieter location may improve sleep quality. Rooms lack coffee makers, so guests should plan for lobby coffee.

Weekday breakfast (6am-9am) includes bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs, with do-it-yourself waffles. On weekends (7am-10am), the offering expands to include a hot meal with items like scrambled eggs and sausage. Breakfast staff are noted for being attentive and restocking promptly. No restaurant, bar, or in-room dining service is available. For more varied options, several restaurants are within a short walk or drive.

The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, running from 5am to 11am and 5pm to midnight daily. Parking is free but requires a reservation. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and rooms. Additional services include express check-in/out, daily housekeeping, and laundry for an extra charge. Business facilities include fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet rooms for a fee. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with features such as lower sinks and raised toilets. Security is covered by CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. A $100 deposit is collected at check-in.
