Greenwich station is just 300 metres away, providing trains to London Bridge in 8 minutes and links to the Jubilee line. The DLR at Deptford Bridge is also a short walk, giving access to Canary Wharf and the City. The area is safe, walkable, and well served by bus stops directly outside. Greenwich town centre, with the Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory, and Greenwich Park, is about 15 minutes on foot. Many restaurants, pubs, cafés, and a large supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. The O2 Arena is 2 train stops or a 20-minute walk. For airport transfers, use the train to London Bridge and change for the Gatwick Express or Heathrow Connect.

The units come in two sizes: standard studio for 2 (double bed) and executive studio for 2 (larger). Some studios sleep up to 4 using a sofa bed in the living area (the 1B4O layout). All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a well-fitted kitchenette with hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and utensils. The private bathroom includes a walk-in rainfall shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Beds are Hypnos mattresses; some find them firm. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with traffic - a quieter interior-facing room can be requested. Rooms have no balcony. Some units have reported humidity issues with condensation on windows; the air conditioning helps but windows open only partially. The property is older but generally clean and maintained; some wear and tear (e.g., ripped curtains, rust) has been noted.

Breakfast is not included or available at the property. However, the well-equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals; a vending machine in the lobby offers drinks and snacks. The surrounding area has numerous dining options: North Pole Restaurant, Golden Cafe, Thyme Restaurant, The Big Chill Brunch Club are all 0.5 km away, and Banh Mi Leo, The Big Red, Oasis O1 Restaurant, and Chutney Tandoori are 0.5 km. Many guests use the kitchenette for breakfast and light meals, and there is a supermarket opposite for groceries.
