The Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 is a 12-minute walk or 5-minute drive; Pier 91 is a 12-minute drive. The monorail runs directly adjacent to the hotel. The light rail from Sea-Tac Airport stops at Westlake Station, a 10-minute walk away. Downtown is walkable for dining and shopping, but some surrounding blocks experience homelessness; the area towards Amazon headquarters and high-tech offices feels cleaner and safer. Using Ubers at night is a practical choice.

Room types include the Metro Queen (1 queen, ideal for 2), Metro Two Queen (2 queens), Urban King (1 king with shower/tub combo), Urban Two Queen (2 queens with rain showerhead), Urban Suite (1 king + sleeper sofa, walk-in shower for two, accommodates up to 4), and Urban Queen Mobility Accessible (1 queen, roll-in shower). All rooms come with a flat-screen HDTV, bathrobes, designer toiletries, safe, and work desk. The Urban Suite includes a separate living area. Refrigerators are available on request.
