The property is a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia metro station, providing direct connections across Barcelona. The airport is 20-22km away, about 30 minutes by car or taxi, with an Aerobus service available. Bogatell, Mar Bella and Nova Icaria beaches can be reached via bus V21 from Port Olímpic. The area is packed with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and ice-cream shops within a 2-minute walk (e.g., El Bocinet, Jijonenca de Sagrada Familia). Many travellers find the location ideal for walking to major sights and accessing public transport, though the street can be noisy at night due to traffic and pedestrian activity. Taxis are readily available on the street.

Each apartment is individually laid out; bathroom configurations vary - either two complete bathrooms, or one complete bathroom with an extra shower and extra toilet. The Classic apartment has one complete bathroom plus one extra shower. The Penthouse apartments include a private terrace with a complete bathroom and an extra toilet, while apartments with a balcony (such as the Apartment with Balcony with Sagrada Familia View) offer a bathtub but its assignment depends on availability. Bed configurations can be one double bed plus four singles, two doubles plus two singles, or include a bunk bed. Bedrooms facing the street can be noisy due to limited soundproofing; some rooms face an interior wall with little natural light. Basic furnishings, creaky beds, and worn laminate flooring have been noted in some units. Kitchens are equipped with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, and cookware. Hairdryer and iron are provided in each apartment.

The property does not serve breakfast or have an on-site restaurant. A vending machine with drinks is available. Within a 5-minute walk you'll find several cafés, ice-cream shops, and tapas bars (e.g., InterTapa at 0.5km, El Bocinet at 0.3km). A welcome bottle of wine, water and coffee capsules are provided on arrival. Because there is no in-house dining, most travellers plan meals at nearby eateries or use the full kitchen to prepare their own food. Supermarkets are just around the corner for groceries.

The rooftop terrace is open to all guests and provides sun loungers and beach umbrellas for sunbathing. A solarium is available free of charge, and a small fitness area is on site. There is no pool, spa, or wellness centre. The terrace can also be reserved for private events at an extra cost (€150, 9:00-23:00). This is the primary leisure facility, often used for relaxing after sightseeing.
