SUITE OCRE, Lyon

The apartment is within 4 km of Lyon Perrache Train Station and 4 km from the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, placing it within reach of major transit hubs and cultural sites. Five restaurants are within 0.5 km. Public transport is close by, making car-free exploration of the city feasible. However, the immediate area is described as having a high street-nose level and is not pedestrian-friendly for evening strolls. No on-site parking exists; street parking is paid and can cost around 30 EUR per day. The entrance is via a former shopfront on a busy road.

The apartment consists of one bedroom and a mezzanine floor, with two beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware. The bathroom includes a shower. The living area is spacious with high ceilings. However, the ground-floor unit has no opening windows or balcony; the large glass door is frosted and blocked by a metal shutter, leaving the space completely dark when the lights are off with no natural air. Noise from the street, buses, and trains is clearly audible. The toilet seat has been reported as broken and the toilet bowl stained. No wardrobe, coat hooks, or storage shelves are provided. The mezzanine railing has been noted as unstable.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The 24-hour front desk and express check-in/out are available, though the host has been reported as unresponsive by phone and message. Check-in instructions require sending a photo of your ID via text or WhatsApp and using a key safe. A 1000 EUR deposit link is sent after booking. No parking is available on site; paid street parking costs around 30 EUR/day. Air conditioning is confirmed, as are smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. No luggage storage service is confirmed. The apartment is fully non-smoking.
