Metro line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine) is a short walk away, providing direct connections to Gare du Nord for Eurostar travellers in about 30 minutes. The lively Place de la Contrescarpe, packed with cafés and restaurants, is just around the corner. Walking to Notre Dame takes about 15 minutes, the Louvre is a 30-minute stroll, and the Rue Mouffetard market is a few minutes away for fresh produce and cheese. The surrounding area is safe and vibrant but the apartment building itself stays quiet, especially courtyard-facing units.

The two apartment types are a suite and a superior apartment (with blue wallpaper). Both include a separate bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no bathtub). Beds are standard French size (140 cm x 200 cm). Mobile air conditioning is provided, and units are soundproofed. Courtyard-view rooms are quieter and have views of the trees, while street-facing units may hear evening activity from the square. Rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor with steep stairs and no elevator - a consideration for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The accommodation is best suited for couples or solo travellers; the property does not accept groups of three or more.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. For shopping, a supermarket and fresh food market on Rue Mouffetard are a few minutes' walk away. There are also two nearby bakeries for fresh bread and pastries.
