The apartment sits on Barcelona's premier luxury shopping boulevard, surrounded by brands such as Hermès, Versace, and Fendi. A wide variety of restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk - options include Boca Grande, Oria Restaurant, Restaurante Lasarte, and Artapas Barcelona. Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas are just over 1 km away, and the R2 train to the airport stops a short metro ride away. The area feels safe at all hours, with a convenience store always open nearby. Despite the central and busy street location, many apartments are well insulated from street noise, though the nearby tram line and metro can cause noticeable vibrations in some rooms.

Each apartment has a distinct layout, all with air conditioning, heating, soundproofed rooms, a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, and free Wi-Fi. The Deluxe Pedrera View features two separate bedrooms (master with double bed, second with two single beds) and two bathrooms. The Family apartment also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for four people. Some apartments have a single en-suite bathroom with the toilet directly off the bedroom - some bathrooms have a door, others are open-plan with a glass partition, so privacy is limited in those layouts. Apartments with a view of La Pedrera or Passeig de Gràcia have a private balcony. The Superior apartment sleeps two in a queen bed with no sofa bed option. Larger groups of five should book a Deluxe plus a Superior apartment. A luggage storage room is available behind the 24-hour reception. Daily housekeeping is included, and baby cots are available on request.

The apartment kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a washer/dryer, making self-catering easy. There is no on-site breakfast or restaurant service. Within a 2-5 minute walk, you will find a range of dining choices: Boca Grande (0.5 km), Oria Restaurant (0.5 km), Restaurante Lasarte (0.5 km), Artapas Barcelona (0.5 km), Vivo cocktail tapas restaurant (0.5 km), and Lizarran (0.5 km). Many guests choose to have breakfast or coffee at nearby cafés before exploring. The kitchen is practical for light meals and snacks.

There are two outdoor pools on the rooftop, both open seasonally (not heated), with sun loungers, beach towels, and panoramic views of Barcelona. The gym is small and equipped with dumbbells. The rooftop terrace also provides a relaxing sunbathing area.
