Florence's Santa Maria Novella station is about 7 minutes on foot, and the T2 tram line from Florence Airport stops a short walk away. Key museums such as the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery are within 1 km, while Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria are easily reached by foot. The immediate area is dense with restaurants, markets, and bars - convenient for exploring but can result in street noise, particularly on weekend nights. The address is Via de' Ginori 14 Blue (not 14 Red); the building entrance is discreet and may require asking a local shopkeeper to find.

WiFi is free throughout the building but reliability varies - some units have reported intermittent connectivity. Luggage storage is available free of charge from 10:30 onwards at the Fermento restaurant next door, and also after checkout on the day of departure.
