The hotel sits in an industrial area with car shops and gas stations, so it is best suited for car travellers or those using public transport. A bus and tram stop (line 177, 140, etc.) is 100 metres away, and the Frankfurter Ring underground station (U2) is 600 metres on foot. Marienplatz and the city centre are reachable in 20 minutes via tram+U-Bahn. The Allianz Arena, Oktoberfest grounds, and Stachus are also about 20 minutes by transit. Munich Airport is 24 km away. An Aldi supermarket is directly across the street, and several pizza restaurants are within 0.5 km.

All rooms are double rooms (some with two twin beds) and family rooms sleeping up to six. Each has a private bathroom, free toiletries, hairdryer, safe, and a writing desk. The air conditioning is centrally regulated and cannot be adjusted per room; some units have been reported as noisy or ineffective. Soundproofing is present, but thin walls and gaps under doors may allow noise from hallways and neighbouring rooms. Rooms are generally clean and modern, though storage space is limited - there is no wardrobe in many rooms. Bathrooms feature a glass partition (no door), which some find awkward. There is no kettle in the room, but hot water can be obtained from reception free of charge.

Breakfast includes crispy rolls, cold cuts, freshly prepared egg dishes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and coffee. Hours are Monday-Friday 6:30-10:00, Saturday-Sunday 7:00-11:00. The café-bar in the lobby serves coffee specialties (Dallmayr), soft drinks, beer, wine (available for purchase), and light snacks like sweets and savoury bites. If you skip breakfast, free coffee and a croissant are offered. There is no full restaurant on-site, but special diet menus can be requested, and the bar is open throughout the day. The hotel also offers a kid-friendly buffet.
