The Oktoberfest site is literally 100 metres away, making this an ideal base during the festival. Two U-Bahn stations (Theresienwiese and Schwanthalerhöhe) are each about a 5-minute walk, offering a 5-minute ride to Karlsplatz or the main train station. Marienplatz is a 30-minute walk or a short metro trip. The central station is 15-20 minutes on foot. A shopping mall is directly across the street, and multiple restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within a three-block radius. Parking is available in a public garage across the road; the hotel validates tickets for a reduced rate.

Rooms range from Comfort and Lifestyle categories to Exclusive rooms, some with balconies overlooking the quiet courtyard.
