The property is approximately 500 metres from Old Manseibashi Station and a 5-minute walk from Akihabara Convention Hall. From Narita Airport, take the Keisei Main Line Express to Ueno and change to the Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku Line. A wide range of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores are within a few hundred metres, including several izakayas, curry shops, and a 7-Eleven.

Room options include Single (120 cm bed), Moderate Double (140 cm bed), Twin (2 x 100 cm beds), Superior Twin (same bed size, larger space), Triple (various bed configurations), and a spacious Universal room. Standard rooms are notably compact; for two adults, the Moderate Double may feel small. Higher-floor Superior Twin rooms offer more room and are worth the upgrade. All rooms feature air conditioning, an electric kettle, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and slippers. Soundproofing is effective against street noise, though the ventilation system can be heard. Windows can be opened. Rooms have basic storage with a few drawers and a sofa that may be used for luggage; there are no built-in wardrobes. The third bed in triple rooms is a rollaway that may feel short for taller individuals.
