The property is situated directly across from the Atlantic Ocean, with beach access literally 30 m away via a path between condos. Pompano Fishing Pier is less than a 5-minute walk, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops are within the same short distance. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 26 km away, accessible by taxi or rideshare. The immediate area is walkable and bike-friendly, with a city park and promenade behind the resort for evening strolls.

All accommodations include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with cable, and free Wi-Fi. Standard rooms offer a microwave and small refrigerator; studios and one-bedroom units add a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, cookware, and a dining area.
