All rooms are spacious suites featuring a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware - ideal for longer stays. The living area includes a sofa bed and a work desk. A moveable curtain provides privacy between the sleeping and living zones. Bathrooms have a walk-in shower with good water pressure. Rooms are generally clean and modern, though some units show signs of wear such as split ottomans or stained carpets. Noise can be an issue on lower floors facing the street; brighter or night-specific sleepers should request a north-facing room on a higher floor. The bed comfort varies; some find the mattresses firm. Windows do not open. The air conditioning can be noisy.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with items such as make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, fresh fruit, and yogurt. It runs from 6:00-9:00 on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 on weekends. The hotel also has a bar and a restaurant open for dinner, offering a traditional American menu. A Starbucks is located within the hotel lobby for coffee and light snacks. For meals, the kitchenette in each room allows guests to prepare their own food. Several restaurants and fast-casual spots are within a short walk, including Subway, Mediterranean takeout, and a 7-Eleven.

The year-round rooftop pool is heated and offers a scenic view of the downtown skyline, making it a highlight for relaxation and evening views - especially when fireworks are visible from the pool area. Adjacent to the pool is a well-equipped fitness centre with a variety of cardio and weight machines. Towels are provided. The laundry room is also located on the top floor, allowing guests to multitask. A small outdoor fireplace and patio seating are available on the same level.
