HOTEL OPERA MAINTENON, Paris

The hotel's central location puts major landmarks within easy walking distance: the Louvre Museum is about 7 minutes on foot, the Opéra Garnier is 10 minutes, and the Jardin des Tuileries is 650 metres away. Pyramides metro station (lines 7 and 14) is a 2-minute walk, giving direct connections to CDG airport via RER B from Châtelet. The area is lively with numerous Asian restaurants, cafes, and shops. For Disneyland Paris, take RER A from Auber station (10 minutes walk). Public transport is frequent and convenient, making a car unnecessary. The hotel is also well placed for exploring the department stores and boutiques nearby.

Breakfast is a continental offering: croissant, baguette, cheese, yogurt, jam, cereal, juice, and coffee. Gluten-free options are available on request. The breakfast room is open 7:00-11:00. For lunch and dinner, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but the surrounding area is packed with restaurants - especially Japanese and other Asian cuisines - within a 2-minute walk. The hotel's bar and coffee house serve drinks and light snacks, and room service is available. Special diet menus can be requested in advance.

While the hotel lacks fitness or spa facilities, guests can participate in walking tours (free) and bike tours (additional charge) organised through the property. These tours provide a practical way to explore Paris. The hotel can also arrange excursions and provide maps and advice. For leisure, the location itself is a highlight, with major attractions and parks (Tuileries, Louvre) within walking distance.

WiFi is free throughout the hotel. The 24-hour front desk can assist with concierge services, tour desk, and express check-in/out. Luggage storage is free and available before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping is included. Airport transfer is available for a fee (CDG 60-65 EUR, ORLY 55 EUR per trip for up to 3 passengers) but only from the hotel to the airport - not from the airport. Parking: no on-site parking; a private car park is a 2-minute walk (35 EUR/day) and a public car park is 5 minutes away. The elevator serves floors 1 and above; ground floor rooms are accessible without stairs. A wheelchair-accessible room (PMR) is available on request. Safety: 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, and a safe at reception. No in-room safes. Cots are available. Pets are not allowed. Laundry: no on-site service, but a self-service laundromat is a 2-minute walk away.
