The hotel is situated on a residential street in Notting Hill, a 1-2 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate tube station, which provides direct access to the Central, Circle, and District lines. Portobello Road Market is less than 1 km away, and the Royal Albert Hall (2 km) and Natural History Museum (3 km) are within a pleasant walk or short ride. The area is very walkable, with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, including Arancina, Brown & Rosie, and The Sun In Splendour. The street is notably quiet despite its central location, making it suitable for those who prioritise a good night's sleep.

The hotel also offers a welcome drink and can arrange grocery deliveries at an additional cost.

The property features a small garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture, providing a place to unwind outdoors. The surrounding Notting Hill area offers easy access to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, both suitable for walks, runs, or picnics. Boating is available nearby, adding a leisure option for visitors. There is no on-site spa, gym, or pool.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, and luggage storage (free of charge). Luggage can be stored for extended periods, such as a week, subject to space and a limit of two large suitcases per reservation. The property has full-day security with CCTV, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box. There is no on-site parking, but the nearest public car park is on Bayswater Road. Pets are allowed upon advance arrangement. Cots are not available, and no extra beds can be added. Accepted payment cards are extensive, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and UnionPay.
