T C RMS, Rome

The property sits on a street with direct tram and bus stops outside, providing quick connections to Termini railway station and central attractions. Vittorio Emanuele Metro (less than 1 km) and Ponte Lungo Metro (2 km) offer further rail links. The Colosseum is within a 30-minute walk or a short tram ride. Sapienza University is 1 km away. Free public parking is available on nearby streets, but a reservation is not possible, so drivers should factor in search time. A taxi stand near the entrance makes late-night airport trips straightforward.

Each double room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, a work desk, wardrobe, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning (surcharge). Some rooms have a futon in addition to one bed, making them suitable for small families or groups. A refrigerator and sofa bed are available in select units. Rooms are compact and functional, with city views and tiled floors. For longer stays or those needing more space, room size is modest but adequate for a short visit. The host allows luggage storage before check-in and after check-out for a small fee per bag.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, within a 3-5 minute walk there are multiple pizzerias, trattorias, and sandwich shops - including La Terrazza in Porta Maggiore, La Pecora Pazza Pizza al Taglio, and Pinsa e Buoi. A café (Tacco Cafe) is also nearby, suitable for morning coffee or a quick bite. For self-catering, a supermarket is located a short walk further along the street. The host provides local food recommendations.
