Lepanto Metro (line A) is a five-minute walk, two stops from the Spanish Steps and a 20-minute ride to the Colosseum. Cola di Rienzo shopping street is around the corner, with many restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a short walk. The airport bus stop at via Crescezio is four minutes away, offering a €7 direct connection to Fiumicino. Vatican museums, Piazza Navona (15 minutes), and Trastevere (25 minutes) are all within walking distance. Parking is off-site at a nearby garage for €35 per day, with no reservation possible.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen cable TV, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and toiletries. Some rooms feature a hot tub in the bedroom (Deluxe and Queen Deluxe). Soundproofing is present but not fully effective; rooms near the reception or street may be noisier.
