The property sits just across Gulf Blvd from the beach, a half-block walk (about 3-5 minutes) to the sand via a lovely boardwalk framed by trees. St. John's Pass is a quarter-mile walk, offering dining and shopping, and a trolley stop is nearby for car-free exploration. Sunset Beach is also within easy reach. The immediate area is densely packed with restaurants less than a five-minute walk away, and The Shake Shop is 0.5 km down the road. While the location is excellent for walkers, units set further from Gulf Blvd remain quiet and restful. For airport transfers, Lyft, Uber, and airport shuttles are available.

All units are on the ground floor with private entrances, making them accessible without stairs. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchen comes fully equipped: full-size oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee provided. The living area features a dining table, seating area, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and parquet flooring. One-bedroom units include both a bedroom with a wardrobe and a sleeper sofa in the living room; studios have one bed only. Each unit has air conditioning, heating, a fan, iron, private entrance, and hardwood or parquet floors. The property is semi-detached, and all rooms are very close to the pool - rooms 1-5 are directly by the pool. Units away from Gulf Blvd are notably quiet. All units are spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

Each unit has a full kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and all cookware and utensils, plus a coffee maker. On-site, there are BBQ facilities, a barbecue, and a picnic area with outdoor furniture and a sun terrace, ideal for outdoor cooking. Nearby, St. John's Pass (a quarter-mile walk) and the surrounding area offer a wide range of restaurants within a five-minute walk, giving plenty of dining options without a car.

The centerpiece is a heated outdoor saltwater pool, open year-round, with a fence for safety, a shallow end for children, and sun loungers with towels provided. The pool is very warm - typically around 26.7 °C when the heater is on - and is kept spotlessly clean. Some units (rooms 1-5) are directly poolside, while all others are a few steps away.
