The Fusion Suites sits in the heart of Bangkok's business district on a quiet side street, offering easy access to the vibrant Sukhumvit area with its shopping centres, eateries, and nightlife. Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS stations are within a short walk, making city exploration cost-effective and simple. Makkasan station on the Airport Rail Link is a walkable distance, allowing direct train access to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Terminal 21 is about a 10-minute walk away, with numerous restaurants including Al Khayma Lebanese, Big Mama Tapas Bar & Bistro, Charley Brown's Mexicana, and the Pier 21 Food Terminal. The neighbourhood is busy but offers many local bars and shops, and the location is particularly convenient for those wanting quick access to the Nana Plaza nightlife area.

Rooms at The Fusion Suites are modern and stylish, furnished with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an iPod docking station/DVD player, a minibar, a seating area, and a wardrobe. Free high-speed internet access, an electric kettle, and complimentary drinking water are provided. Bathrooms feature a rain shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Twin rooms offer two single beds, while double rooms have one large bed. A Premier Balcony Room is available, and the Jacuzzi Suite includes a spa bath with bubble function on an enclosed balcony. Note that Standard Double Rooms and some other categories do not have windows. Lighting in rooms has been described as very dim, and some units may face traffic noise. Air conditioning quality can vary; some units may underperform. The hotel is in a side street, and rooms are generally quiet for the city centre.

Fusion Suites Restaurant offers Thai cuisine and has a bar on site. A coffee house is also available where you can relax with a warm drink and a book. Breakfast is not served at the hotel.
