Set on a side street off Nathan Road in the Jordan district, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the shops, restaurants, and night market of Tsim Sha Tsui, and a 15-minute stroll to the China Ferry Terminal for Macau. Kowloon Park is within a 10-minute walk. The MTR station places Central just 15 minutes away by train, while Airport bus A21 (get off at "Nathan Hotel") and A22 (get off at "Chi Wo Street") run directly to Hong Kong International Airport. Several eateries, including Tai Ping Koon Restaurant and Nathan Congee And Noodle, are within a 5-minute walk. A 7-Eleven convenience store is immediately next to the hotel. Note that ongoing construction directly opposite the hotel may generate daytime noise.

Located on floors 2 to 15, rooms include a 32-inch flat-screen TV with 15 international channels, an AM/FM alarm clock, and free toiletries. Each room has a private en suite bathroom with a shower. The rooms are fully carpeted. While the property is older and some furnishings show wear, the room size is notably generous by local standards, allowing space to open suitcases. Request a room away from the lift if noise is a concern, as hallway and lift sounds can carry. Some rooms without windows or with limited natural light exist. Air conditioning is free and available. Note that the window cannot be opened, which can limit fresh air circulation. A mini-fridge and safe are standard in each room.
