The Orbit Apartments sit in a quiet, well-connected neighbourhood on the edge of the Gràcia district. Lesseps metro station (L3) is steps away, providing direct, transfer-free access to Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, and Sagrada Família, as well as a direct connection to the airport via the T1 bus from Plaça Espanya. Park Güell is a 12-minute walk uphill, and the city centre (Plaça de Catalunya) is a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute metro ride. Taxi transfers to El Prat Airport and the cruise terminal take about 20 minutes. The block itself has supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, pharmacies, and several restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. The safe, relatively quiet street means rooms with windows closed are calm, though rooms facing the main road may pick up street noise with windows open. A public 24-hour monitored car park is a 2-minute walk away for those arriving by car.

The property offers 1-bedroom apartments (45 m2), 2-bedroom apartments (70 m2), and Family Suites (94 m2 plus a 60 m2 private patio). Each unit is air-conditioned with separate temperature controls in each bedroom. Bedrooms are soundproofed and feature comfortable beds, quality pillows, and blackout curtains for good sleep. Kitchens include a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils, plus starter supplies of dishwasher pods, washing powder, and other essentials. Bathrooms are private with showers, a hairdryer, free toiletries, and slippers. Living areas have a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Duplex units have a half bathroom on the lower floor and a full bathroom upstairs. Some apartments have a private balcony, patio, or terrace. The building has a lift, and the number of stairs per floor is approximately 16. The property is wheelchair-accessible at the main entrance and has an elevator.

The Orbit Apartments do not have a restaurant or breakfast service. Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine) and basic starter supplies, making self-catering straightforward.
