The Southernmost Point is 2 km away, and Key West International Airport is a 9-minute drive. No shuttle is available, but the Duval Loop bus stops a few blocks away ($3 per ride). Street parking is free on Olivia and Pine Streets for up to 3 days - avoid marked 'Residential Only' or 'Permit Only' spaces. Several restaurants (Pescado, Mo's, Cafe Sole) are within a 5-minute walk. Higgs Beach and Fort Zachary Taylor are about 20 minutes on foot. The peaceful neighborhood offers a convenient base while staying clear of the Duval Street bustle.

Room types range from standard doubles to two-bedroom suites and a villa with a full kitchenette. The Attic Suite has low ceilings; other rooms can be very small with limited closet space. Many rooms face the pool or road - poolside rooms may have noise and reduced privacy due to thin curtains. Soundproofing between rooms and floors is minimal. Air conditioning units are older and can be noisy; some rooms lack heating. Bathrooms are small with tight showers; one room has an external private bathroom. Request a second-floor room away from the pool for a quieter stay. Pets are allowed in specific rooms for a nightly fee. No rooms have balconies.

The breakfast buffet includes French toast, hard-boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, and Colombian coffee, tea, and juices. It is set up at the Tiki bar by the pool; seating is limited. For early risers, Sandy's diner two blocks away opens at 5am. There is no full restaurant on site, but the pool bar serves drinks and light snacks during the day and holds a daily happy hour. Several nearby restaurants (Pescado, Mo's, Cafe Sole) offer dinner options within a short walk.

The pool is maintained at 85-30.6 °C and is open daily from 8am to 10pm. Towels are provided free of charge. The pool bar operates seasonally and offers happy hour specials. The property also has a picnic area with BBQ facilities and a tropical garden. Bicycle rental is $30-$50 per day (bikes may be older). Golf courses are within 3 km. There is no spa or fitness center. The pool area can be lively during the day; it serves as a social hub.

The front desk is open from 8:30am to 10pm daily. Check-in hours are 3pm-9pm; late arrivals must pre-arrange. Room service is available during limited hours. Concierge and tour desk services are offered. Vending machines provide snacks and drinks. Bicycle rental can be arranged. No laundry on site, but a laundromat is 3 minutes away. Pets are allowed in designated rooms for a fee (see Critical Operational Notes). 24-hour security with CCTV and key access is in place. Daily housekeeping and free luggage storage are included. Fax/photocopying are available free of charge.
