Situated directly opposite Pompano Beach, this hotel offers immediate beach access - simply cross the street. The location is practical for water sports: American Watersports is a 5-minute walk away. A multi-story condo complex is under construction across the street, which may partially affect sea views from the property. For further afield, Port Everglades is less than 20 minutes' drive, and Pompano Park Racing is 8 km away. Free parking on site (by reservation) makes car use very straightforward. The area is quiet and well-centered, with several restaurants and dining spots within a 10-minute walk, and a tram or ride-circuit service for exploring further without a car.

Each room includes a microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and basic kitchenware - suited for self-catering stays. Rooms feature a private bathroom (some with bathtub), air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting and dining area, and carpeted or parquet flooring. Selected studies offer pool views; suites include a terrace with sea views and a separate living area with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The property is older and basic but functional; rooms can vary in size and equipment condition. Road-facing units are quieter than noted, but light sleepers may still prefer a room away from the street. No rooms have a balcony.
