RED ROOF INN PLUS+ & SUITES NAPLES DOWNTOWN-5TH AVE S, Naples

Suites feature a separate living room, full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and a private bathroom with bath or shower. Standard double rooms include a microwave, mini-fridge, and work desk. All accommodations have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a safe. Some units offer pool views or garden views. Rooms may feel dated, and cleanliness has been reported as inconsistent. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from traffic and nearby construction. Light sleepers should request a room facing the inner courtyard or away from the elevator.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. A snack center with vending machines is available, and the 24-hour reception provides coffee in the morning. For meals, IHOP is located right next to the property, and Olive Garden, Country House East, and Bonefish Grill are within a 5-minute walk. Numerous other restaurants from casual to fine dining are within 1-2 km. The suites have full kitchens, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if desired.

The outdoor heated pool is open year-round, with sun loungers and umbrellas. The hot tub is also available free of charge. The pool area is set within a landscaped courtyard with a picnic area and BBQ grills. Pool towels are available at the front desk. There is no gym or spa on site. Note that the pool and hot tub have occasionally been out of service, so it is wise to confirm their availability before your stay.
