THE SUMMIT CONDOMINIUMS, Panama City Beach

The Summit Condominiums sits directly on the beach with no transport needed to access the sand. Every unit faces the ocean with a private balcony. Panama City Beach is 2 km away, and ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory is 2 km. Multiple dining options are within 0.5 km, including Subway, Longboards Restaurant & Bar, Guadalajara Mexican Grill, and Mr. Puff's Hand-Rolled Ice Cream. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is 21 km away. The on-site market shop provides sundries and prepared food, reducing the need to leave the property for basics. Guests can walk easily to all nearby restaurants and bars without a car.

Each apartment features a private balcony looking directly at the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate seating area with a cable TV and DVD player. A washer and tumble dryer are included in every unit, along with additional kitchenware available on request. Bed configurations vary: a 2-bedroom unit offers a king bed in the master, a full and twin bed in the second bedroom, plus two queen sofa sleepers, sleeping up to 8. Air conditioning, heating, and free toiletries are standard. While most units are updated, some may show wear such as older furniture, stained carpets, or mold issues. Rooms on higher floors (e.g., 1415, 1508) have been reported as outdated, so requesting a recently renovated unit is recommended. The separate living area and full kitchen make these apartments suitable for families or extended stays.

The Summit Tiki Bar is a full-service bar open late into the evening. Bikini Bob's restaurant serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner. The Summit Market Shop supplies sundries, hamburgers, salads, wraps, gourmet coffee, and ice cream. The property does not have a poolside restaurant or breakfast service. Within a 0.5 km walk, guests find multiple dining options including Subway, Longboards Restaurant & Bar, Guadalajara Mexican Grill, Pizza Hut, and more. The apartment kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering, and the on-site market covers most daily needs.

Two outdoor pools are open year-round: Pool 1 is a rooftop saltwater infinity pool with a pool bar and water slide (open 08:00-20:00), and Pool 2 (kids' pool) is heated with a fence, pool toys, and extended hours 06:00-23:00. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for an additional charge. Wellness amenities include a free fitness centre, sauna, hot tub, and open-air bath. Leisure activities include free tennis court, snorkelling, movie nights, kids' club, and playground, plus additional-charge options such as golf (within 3 km), water sports, and a water park. The private beach area offers direct access with free beachfront access. The on-site games room and BBQ facilities add further recreation options.
