The metro stop makes car free city access easy, and walking to most major sights is practical.

Each apartment features parquet floors and modern décor, with high ceilings in many. The kitchens include an electric hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Select units have a private terrace (20-25 m2) or balcony. Room configurations range from 1-bedroom units up to 5-bedroom layouts, some with multiple bathrooms. The apartments are private and not shared. Air conditioning is confirmed in all apartments, but some units can be dated and may have maintenance issues such as worn bathrooms, broken blinds or occasional cockroaches. Street facing rooms or those near ongoing construction can be noisy during working hours. The building has a lift. Sofa beds are present in many living areas.

Breakfast can be arranged for an additional €9 per person. The on site restaurant, Tia Santa, is open daily from 08:30 to 23:30, offering Catalan, Italian, Mediterranean and International dishes, with options for halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free diets. For guests who prefer self catering, the fully equipped kitchen in each apartment provides a practical alternative.
