Muntaner Train Station is a 5-minute walk away, and Diagonal Metro is 15 minutes on foot, giving direct access across the city. Public transport reaches the city centre in around 10 minutes. The immediate area is well served by buses, with a stop a 5-minute walk away. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the Mercat de Galvany are within a few minutes' walk. The neighbourhood is notably safe and quiet, with minimal traffic noise, making it suitable for a peaceful stay while being well-connected to central attractions.

The one-bedroom apartments include a double bedroom (some Executive units have two single beds), a seating area with a sofa bed (not available for a third guest), and a well-fitted kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware. The private bathroom includes shower, free toiletries, and under-basin heating. Units typically have parquet floors, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Some apartments face an inner courtyard; none have a balcony, though a few ground-floor units have a small patio. The bathroom is en-suite, so guests on the sofa bed access it through the bedroom. The apartments are well-suited to couples, though some units are compact and can feel small for longer stays. Beds are generally comfortable, but some mattresses may feel thin. Noise from internal building works or neighbouring flats can occur; the property does not have soundproofing between units.

There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast service at the property. Each apartment has a kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. A welcome pack sometimes includes a bottle of wine, coffee capsules, and biscuits. The immediate neighbourhood is dense with eating options: numerous bars, restaurants and cafes are within a 2-minute walk, and the Mercat de Galvany (a market with food stalls and coffee) is a 2-minute walk away. Supermarkets are also nearby. For a fuller meal, a range of cuisines is available within 300 metres. This area works well for those who prefer to cook or explore local food rather than rely on hotel dining.

Wi-Fi is free throughout. Luggage storage is available in the building at no charge, allowing early check-in or late departure without carrying bags. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged directly after booking; public transport from the airport takes about 30 minutes via Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya then the train to Muntaner. Check-in is entirely self-service with codes sent by email, and a concierge service is available by message or WhatsApp. A weekly mid-stay cleaning is provided for longer bookings. Payment is by card only (no cash). The building has a lift, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. There is no parking on site.
