The hostel is located on a quiet street just off Passeig de la Bonanova, providing easy access to the upscale Sarrià neighbourhood with its local shops, a supermarket one minute away, and a square with a church nearby. The metro station (L6/L12) brings you to the city centre (Plaça Catalunya) in about 15 minutes; the popular Gràcia district is 5 train stops. Barcelona Sants train station is a 40-minute metro ride, and FC Barcelona's Camp Nou is a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus. The Barcelona Bus Turístic stop is also close, and the airport (BCN) is reachable by metro L9 to Zona Universitària then bus H4, or by taxi for about 35€. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe at night.

All units contain a private bathroom, though the shower cubicle is very small (roughly 50x50 cm), which can be tight for larger individuals. The beds are standard single or bunk designs; taller guests over 1.80 m may find them short. Rooms are simple and functional - no balcony, no TV and limited space, particularly for triple occupancy. Some rooms are located on the entrance floor, and the property has no lift; ground-floor rooms are available. Road-facing or rooms with thin walls can transmit noise from neighbouring rooms and the street. Cleanliness is generally maintained, and fresh towels are provided on request. A kettle is available in the shared area, not in the room.

Breakfast is a continental buffet set out in the dining area. Portions are modest - typically a piece of baguette, spread, a mini muffin, juice and hot drink. Earlier breakfast can be arranged if requested upon arrival. There is no on-site restaurant or bar. The surrounding Sarrià area offers many cafés, bakeries (e.g., Pinseria Italiana), restaurants (e.g., Bar Restaurant Balon de Oro, Nomo Sarrià) and a supermarket within a short walk for alternative dining. The shared kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle available for storing and preparing basic meals.

The terrace on the top floor is the main outdoor leisure space, equipped with tables, sun loungers and potted plants - a calm spot for relaxing or sunbathing. Indoors, the communal lounge has a TV and a reading area. Table tennis is provided free of charge, and the hostel also arranges free pub crawls. Board games and an indoor children's play area are available, making the hostel moderately family-friendly. There is no swimming pool or spa.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and common areas. Luggage storage after check-out is free (lockers 2€). A paid shuttle service is available. Reception operates 12:00-22:30; private check-in/out is available and late arrivals (after midnight) are possible by prior arrangement - a code and key will be left. The hostel has a tour desk, concierge service and currency exchange. Safety includes 24-hour security, key-card access, smoke alarms and a safety deposit box. Laundry and ironing services are offered at an additional cost. Fax/photocopying is also available for a fee. There is no lift, but ground-floor rooms exist.
