The studio sits on a side canal in IJburg, offering a peaceful base with easy city access. The tram stop (line 26) is a 1-minute walk away, reaching Central Station in 12-15 minutes and Paradiso concert venue via a single transfer. By bike, the city centre is a scenic 30-minute ride. Free private parking in a secure courtyard makes car use practical. Blijburg Beach is 2 km away, reachable by tram, bike or on foot. A supermarket (AH) and several eateries-including Italian and Japanese restaurants-are within a 5-minute walk. The area is exceptionally tranquil, with bird sounds and no urban noise.
