The hotel sits on a quiet street in a central neighbourhood with easy access to the main train station, metro, and bus stops. Tivoli Gardens is a short walk, and the city centre, shopping streets, and Nyhavn harbour are within a 20-30 minute walk or a quick metro ride. The Meatpacking District, with its restaurants and street food, is also nearby. Airport trains run frequently from Central Station, reaching the airport in about 15 minutes.

Standard doubles are functional but small, best suited for solo travellers or couples who prioritise location over space. Comfort and family rooms offer more room to spread out. The Junior Suite adds air conditioning, a spa bath, and a separate living area. All rooms have a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a safe. Windows open for ventilation; fans are supplied for warmer nights. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms tidy. Some top-floor and rear rooms are noticeably quieter than ground-floor street-facing ones.

The continental breakfast costs 85 DKK per person and must be ordered a day in advance. Each morning at 8:00 AM a bag of warm rolls and pastries is left at the door, while the room's fridge contains pre-portioned cheese, marmalade, honey, pâté, butter, yogurt, fruit and juice. Breakfast cannot be delivered before 8:00 AM; for early departures, frozen bread can be offered. There is no restaurant on site, but the surrounding area has numerous cafés and eateries within a few minutes' walk.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. The Junior Suite features a hot tub for 1-2 persons. A golf course is located within 3 km for those who wish to play. The property has a garden and a shared lounge area.
