HOTEL TIVOLI, Venice

Hotel Tivoli is set in the San Polo sestiere, a busy university area with a range of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 2-minute walk. Santa Lucia Railway Station is a 12-minute walk away (700 meters), and Piazzale Roma bus terminal is about 10 minutes on foot. The San Tomà vaporetto stop is a 3-minute walk, connecting to St. Mark's Square, the Lido, and Murano. Walking to St. Mark's Square takes around 20 minutes. The location balances central access with a less tourist-packed atmosphere, ideal for exploring on foot.

Breakfast is a continental-style buffet with choices like pastries, bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurts, cereals, fruit cocktail, juices, tea, and coffee. Gluten-free options are available (biscuits, bars, muffins), and vegan requests can be accommodated upon arrival with soy milk and jams. During warm months, breakfast is served in a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but numerous affordable eating spots are within a 2-minute walk.

The main leisure amenity is the garden courtyard, which provides a relaxing space for enjoying breakfast or reading. There are no additional leisure facilities on-site, but the hotel's central location places guests within a short walk of gondola stations, waterbus routes, and all of Venice's cultural, shopping, and dining attractions.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, covering the garden and lobby. Reception offers a concierge, tour desk, currency exchange, and free express check-in/out. Baggage storage is free for early arrivals or departures. Daily housekeeping is included, and a safety deposit box is available at reception. The hotel has a shared lounge/TV area and a designated smoking area. No lift is present; some rooms are on upper floors. The hotel uses key access and smoke/fire alarms for security. Pets are allowed with applicable charges.
