Within a 3-minute walk of Ichogaoka Hachiman Shrine and 500 metres from Japan Stationery Museum, the hotel is also 5 km from Kyu Yasuda Garden. Asakusabashi Station offers direct connections on the Toei Asakusa Line and JR lines, making it possible to reach Narita Airport without a transfer via the Narita SKY ACCESS Line. The surrounding area is well served by convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-Eleven), supermarkets, restaurants, and a 100-yen shop. Despite its central location, the neighbourhood is noticeably quieter than Shibuya or Shinjuku, providing a calm base after busy days out. For those arriving by car, paid on-site parking is available but must be reserved.

All rooms include a private bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub. Family rooms and corner twins offer separate toilet and bathtub areas and are substantially more spacious, suitable for comfortable luggage handling. Standard double rooms (two single beds pushed together) are compact at about 12.66 m2, so a twin or family upgrade is recommended for longer stays or those with large suitcases. Connecting rooms are available but limited and should be requested at booking. All rooms are non-smoking and come with heating, a refrigerator, and a TV with Netflix and YouTube. A key card is required to activate power in the room.

The breakfast buffet costs ¥1800 per adult and ¥900 per child aged 6-12, with children under 6 eating free. The restaurant is family-friendly and offers a child buffet. No halal options are available. For other meals, the surrounding area offers many restaurants, including several within a 0.5 km walk (e.g., Indian Nan House, Chicken Place). The 2nd-floor restaurant also serves as a free guest lounge outside breakfast hours.
