Some rooms have a sofa bed, dining area, and views of Tokyo Skytree. For families, the family room for 5 people provides more space with four single beds and a sofa bed. The standard triple rooms and double rooms are very compact; tall persons may find the mezzanine area low-ceilinged. The split-floor design includes steep stairs and a sleeping area with mattresses on the floor, which may not suit those with mobility concerns. Noise from upstairs can sometimes be heard.

However, the quiet residential area is ideal for morning or evening strolls, with Ueno Park, Sensoji Temple, and views of Tokyo Skytree within walking distance. For those needing a sento (public bath), one is located nearby. The in-room washing machine and nearby laundromat (6 minutes walk) help keep travel gear clean.
