The hotel is directly connected to Kinshicho Subway Station (Exit 5, Hanzomon Line), with JR Kinshicho Station just across the street. From the JR station, you can reach Narita Airport in 80 minutes by train or Haneda Airport via a direct bus. The area is well-served by metro and JR lines, putting Akihabara and Asakusa within a 10-minute subway ride, and Shinjuku about 20 minutes. A park with a playground is across the street, and numerous shops, supermarkets, and restaurants surround the hotel, making it convenient for families and those exploring eastern Tokyo.

Rooms are compact, typical for Tokyo, but well-equipped with air conditioning, soundproof walls, flat-screen TV, safe, and free Wi-Fi. Standard rooms offer city views, while 'Tower View' rooms provide direct views of Tokyo Sky Tree; other rooms face the train tracks. Rooms on the 17th floor are designated ladies-only and include a hair iron, foot massager, and light-up makeup mirror. For more space and lounge access, consider the Premium rooms on upper floors. Note that the hotel does not have rooms with a balcony or a private bathroom (all are en suite). Twin beds can be pushed together on request, subject to availability.

Several restaurants, including Chinese, Italian, and Japanese options, are within a 5-minute walk.
