HOTEL 31 - PARIS TOUR EIFFEL, Paris

The hotel is 2 km from Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles and 16 km from Orly Airport. The Rodin Museum is 2 km away; the Louvre is 5 km. The closest train station is Gare Montparnasse. The area is filled with restaurants, bakeries, a Monoprix supermarket, and boutiques. It feels safe at night. For drivers, street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, and a paid garage (€16/day) is 500 metres away. The metro (La Motte-Picquet Grenelle and Émile Zola stations) provides direct access to all major sights without needing a car.

The Triple Deluxe room with terrace on the 6th floor offers a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Road-facing rooms can have street noise; rooms facing the inner courtyard are noticeably quieter. Beds are comfortable, and daily housekeeping is provided. Storage space is limited, and some bathrooms are very small. Air conditioning is available, though some units may produce a vibration noise; temperature control can be centralised. There is no fridge in the rooms, but a communal fridge is accessible for medicine. A hair dryer is provided, and free safety deposit boxes are available.

Breakfast can also be served in the room upon request. The hotel has a coffee shop on site and vending machines with drinks and snacks. Wine and champagne are available for an additional charge. The Rue du Commerce, right outside the door, is lined with bakeries, cafés, and restaurants for lunch and dinner options. The breakfast is basic but provides a quick start to the day.
