The hotel occupies a central position in the 6th arrondissement, one block from Boulevard Saint-Germain and within a 10-minute walk of Notre Dame and the Louvre. The Luxembourg Gardens and the Odéon theatre are a short stroll away, while the Mabillon metro station is a two-minute walk, providing quick access across the city. The area is filled with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shops, including the Marché Saint-Germain food market across the street. Despite the central location, the hotel is on a relatively quiet street, though rooms overlooking the street may still pick up some ambient traffic noise, especially in the early morning during street cleaning. The neighbourhood feels safe and lively at all hours.

Accommodation offerings include Classic (12 m2, courtyard view), Tradition (10 m2, street view), Superior (street view), Single, Twin, and Junior Suite rooms. All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a wardrobe, and a carpeted floor. The Junior Suite has two separate bedrooms - a double and a single - with the bathroom located off the main bedroom, accommodating up to three people. Some Superior rooms and the Junior Suite may have views of the Saint-Sulpice church. Rooms described as Classic or Tradition can be compact, with some Classic rooms described as darkish due to their courtyard view facing a concrete wall. Street-facing rooms may experience noise from traffic and early-morning street cleaning. There is no mini bar, no tea or coffee facilities, and no kettle in the rooms, though hot water can be obtained from the front desk. The lift is small, fitting one person with luggage, and there are three steps to access it.

Breakfast is served in a small breakfast room from 07:30 to 10:00 and costs 12 EUR per person.
