TRAVELODGE BY WYNDHAM LAS VEGAS, Las Vegas

The hotel sits on the Las Vegas Strip, just south of Circus Circus. It is roughly a 30-minute walk south to the main central Strip area (e.g., Planet Hollywood), but many smaller attractions and dining options are within a few blocks. The Deuce bus route stops nearby, providing easy access up and down the Strip. The Sphere is within walking distance. Free on-site parking is available with reservation, but during major events, the parking lot may become a paid trap if you are not a registered guest. For car-free guests, the location works well for budget-friendly access to the Strip without staying in a mega-resort.

Rooms are carpeted and come with air conditioning, heating, a sitting area, a desk, cable/satellite television with an alarm clock, a safe, and tea/coffee-making facilities. A refrigerator and microwave are available in some rooms - request one if needed. Beds are double or queen; two people per one-bed room and four people per two-bed room. Sound insulation is limited - thin walls and upstairs footsteps are common. The air conditioning unit can be loud. Some rooms may have musty or smoky smells; designated smoking rooms are available. Rooms facing the road or above the front desk can be noisy, especially at night.

The hotel offers a free, basic breakfast - typically coffee, dry bagels, and apples. It is a light, simple start to the day and not a full hot breakfast. For more substantial options, Vince Neil's Tatuado, Circus Buffet, The Peppermill Restaurant, and McDonald's are all within 0.3-0.5 km. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, but vending machines are not reliably available on site. Guests wanting a fuller meal should plan to walk to one of the nearby eateries.

The outdoor pool is available from April/May through the warmer months, open from 10:00 to 20:00. It has a fenced perimeter and a cover, and pool towels are provided. Loungers and umbrellas are set up around the deck. The pool area is a useful cool-down spot after a day on the Strip, though it can be a bit basic. There is no gym, spa, or other recreational facilities on site.
