TOWNEPLACE SUITES BY MARRIOTT LAS VEGAS HENDERSON, Las Vegas

The hotel sits in a Henderson neighbourhood that offers a quieter alternative to the Strip, with easy freeway access for reaching Las Vegas attractions in about 30 minutes without heavy traffic. A variety of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, including Farmer Boys (0.5 km), Thailicious (0.5 km), and many others, are within a short walk, making meal planning convenient. A nearby tram stop provides car-free access to some city centre areas. Driving is necessary to reach the main strip or convention centres. Parking is available on site for US$15 per day.

Accommodation ranges from studios to two-bedroom suites, each with a living area, a sofa bed, and a full kitchen that includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, and a work station. Some suites have a private bathroom, while others share a bathroom; select carefully when booking. Beds are reported as comfortable, and closet/drawer space is generous. A minor design note: the bathroom door in some king rooms can partially block the bed.

Breakfast is included in the stay and offered in a to-go format from 6:00 to 9:00, featuring typical continental items and good coffee. Since there is no restaurant on site, the in-room kitchen becomes more useful; many nearby dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including Farmer Boys, High Scores Bar-Arcade, and Teriyaki Madness. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is also available in the hotel.

The outdoor pool is open all year but currently operates only on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and requires a reservation. A small jacuzzi is adjacent to the pool area. The fitness centre is free and open daily. For an indoor pool option, access to the sister property across the street (SpringHill Suites) is available.
