This bus provides a 30-minute connection to downtown Seattle and T-Mobile Park. Northgate Station is the closest train station. The immediate area along Aurora Avenue can feel busy; however, on-site parking is free and well-lit. Woodland Park Zoo is 2 km away. Nearby within walking distance are Boardroom Cafe (0.5 km), Monkey Grind (0.5 km), and Ben & Jerry's (1 km).

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and an in-room sink. Each room includes a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
