The hotel occupies the 1st, 6th, and 7th floors of a mixed-use building; the entrance is via a lift and is not immediately visible from the street. After early evening, a security code is needed to open the front gate. The area is safe and quiet at night, with a supermarket, restaurants, and bars within a 0.5 km radius. Parking is not on site but a private garage is 50 metres away.

Accommodation options include double rooms with a private shower and bidet, suites with a separate bath and shower, and family configurations with two interconnecting rooms, each featuring its own bathroom.
