The hotel sits on a quiet side street near Termini, yet within 15-20 minutes walk to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Villa Borghese is 2 km away, and Sapienza University 1 km. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within 300 metres. Ciampino Airport is 15 km away; no airport shuttle is available, but the train from Termini connects to both airports. The area is well-connected by bus and metro, making it easy to explore without a car. The immediate surroundings are generally safe, but normal city precautions apply at night.

Accommodation ranges from twin/double to triple and quadruple rooms, with beds either as a double plus single or three singles depending on the type. Rooms vary in size; some are compact, and the decor is dated but clean. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to nearby restaurants and street activity - inner rooms are quieter. Showers are small, and hot water can take time to arrive. There is no lift, so rooms on upper floors require climbing stairs. Noise from other guests is noticeable due to thin walls. Air conditioning is included and free, but some rooms have shared AC units. No room for cot or extra bed beyond listed capacity. No kettle or fridge in rooms. Parquet floors and soundproofing are present in some rooms.

Breakfast is served at the table in a dedicated dining room, not self-service. The menu includes bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, juice, and hot drinks. Portions are fixed per person - one of each item. Additional coffee or items may incur extra charge.
