The Keikyu-Kuko Line Airport Express connects Haneda Airport to Otorii Station in about 10 minutes (190 yen). From Otorii, the property is a 10-minute walk. Alternatively, the Naka Kojima bus stop is very close and bus 35 runs to Keikyu-Kamata Station, giving access to central Tokyo. Several convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven) and a supermarket are within a short walk. Local shrines and parks are nearby, and an onsen hot spring is a 7-minute walk away.

Rooms vary from triple rooms (2 beds) to deluxe family apartments (1 bedroom + 1 living room, 3 beds). All units include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a desk. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. Bathrooms are clean and modern, with a bath and shower; some separate toilet and bathroom layouts. Room sizes are spacious by Tokyo standards but have limited storage - no wardrobes or drawers for clothes. Beds are firm. A few rooms have a view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony. The building is older and basic in finish, but rooms are clean and functional.

Each apartment includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and cookware. Basic ingredients such as condiments and cooking utensils can be borrowed from reception. Several convenience stores and supermarkets are a minute's walk away, and there are local restaurants and a take-out option nearby. The local area has a restaurant (Washoku) with iPad ordering in Chinese - within 200 metres of the property.

A coin-operated laundry room on the first floor provides washing machines and dryers (300 yen per wash). The local area has an onsen (hot spring) within a 7-minute walk. Parks and shrines are nearby for walking.

Reception is staffed and speaks English, Japanese, and Chinese. Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after checkout. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Late check-in (after 23:30) is possible - inform reception in advance. The building has a lift and key-access security. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are installed. Payment can be made by cash (yen) or major credit cards. Free cancellation is offered if a positive PCR test result is provided.
