Hamamatsucho Station (JR and Monorail) is a 5-minute walk, while Daimon Station (subway) is 3-4 minutes from exit B4 (which has an elevator). The Tokyo Monorail reaches Haneda Airport in 30 minutes, and Narita Airport is accessible by train with a transfer (last train around 23:51). Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park are within a 10-minute walk. The area is well connected to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, and other central districts.

Capsules are spacious enough for most travelers, equipped with a firm mattress and a hard pillow (some may find uncomfortable). The interior has no temperature control; corridor light enters through the curtain, and soundproofing is minimal-noise from neighbors and corridor activity can be audible. Lockers are on a separate floor, and access to the capsule is restricted from 10:00 to 14:00 daily. Towels, pajamas, slippers, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush) are provided. Showers are located on the first floor for women and on a separate floor for men, with several stalls and hairdryers.

Breakfast is a light continental option; no hot dishes are offered. The lounge on the 10th floor allows outside food, and many restaurants, noodle shops, and convenience stores are within a short walk. The à la carte menu provides additional choices for lunch or dinner. No drinks vending machine or water dispenser is available in the lounge.

The lounge is equipped with tables, chairs, and power outlets, making it suitable for work or relaxation. The rooftop terrace provides an outdoor space with city views.
