The hostel is physically located within Valencia's North Train Station (Estación del Norte), placing it next to the Bullring and city hall. The metro stop for Line 3/5 is steps away, offering a 20-minute connection to Valencia Airport and quick access to the city's main attractions. The historic Barrio del Carmen is 1 km away, and Turia Gardens is a 20-minute walk. Over a dozen restaurants, bars, and shops are within a 5-minute walk. Oceanografic is a 30-minute bus ride, and Bioparc is 3 km away. While the location is excellent for walkers and transit users, car travelers should note that nearby public parking costs around €5 per hour (reservation not possible), and a secured train-station lot costs €25/day.

Rooms are basic and functional, with metal bunk beds that can creak and transmit movement. Each bed includes a privacy curtain, a reading light, a shelf, a USB socket, and a large under-bed locker (lock not provided). There are no private bathrooms - all toilets and showers are shared, located in the corridor. Showers are small curtained cubicles with limited shelving and no hooks, and sensor lights may turn off mid-use. The locker drawer is metal and noisy when opened. Air conditioning is centrally controlled; rooms can feel stuffy in peak heat as windows are not openable. Top bunks lack proper steps - some have a single loop. Lower bunks can be requested but not guaranteed. Many rooms face the station interior, which tends to be quieter than those facing the street, but train sounds may still be audible.

A continental breakfast is offered for €4, including croissants, toast, butter, jam, cereals, coffee, tea, and juice. The hostel also has a bar and snack bar open 24/7, serving coffee, beer, wine, and simple food at reasonable prices. No restaurant or kitchen is available, but a microwave and fridge are accessible for guest use. Over ten restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk, including Chinese, Spanish, and Asian options. A Mercadona supermarket is located nearby for self-catering supplies.

The hostel provides a free walking tour to explore Valencia's landmarks and a terrace for relaxing. There is a games room and paid happy hour/pub crawl events. The location allows easy walking to Turia Gardens and the old town. No pool, spa, or gym are available on site. For leisure further afield, Oceanografic (30 min by bus) and Bioparc (3 km) are accessible via public transport.
