Each room is a self-contained private space with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a coffee machine. The rooms are air-conditioned and have a work desk, wardrobe, and free toiletries in the shared bathroom. However, the actual room size is significantly smaller than the advertised 14 m2 - closer to 7 m2 - and the walls offer very little sound insulation. Noise from adjacent rooms, the corridor, and the street (especially trams) is clearly audible. Large windows facing the street let in light but also cold drafts, and the privacy film is not always effective - pedestrians can see inside at night. Heating is provided by portable electric heaters that struggle to maintain comfortable temperatures in colder months, with some units reporting temperatures dropping to 11-13°C. For these reasons, the accommodation is best suited for short, budget-conscious stays where location and price outweigh comfort. Those with light sleepers or requiring reliable heating should consider alternatives.
