The surrounding streets are safe and walkable, with cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket within a few hundred metres. For those driving, free on-site parking is available.

Units range from one-bedroom (sleeps 2-3) to two-bedroom (sleeps up to 5) layouts. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, plus a dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV. Air conditioning is present but usually only in the living room, which can leave bedrooms warm. Bedding configurations vary: some apartments have queen beds with single beds or futons, but a few lack the advertised sofa bed. No top sheets are provided on queen beds - only a doona cover - which some find less hygienic. Extra blankets are not standard. Rooms are generally spacious, and the balcony adds outdoor space.
