For guests driving, the hotel is a 2-minute drive from the Mater Hospital and nearby amenities include several cafes and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, with good walkability to parks, shops and public transport.

Room types include queen, king and extra-large rooms; some have private en suite bathrooms while others share a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath (shared with 2 other rooms). Rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning and heating, a flat-screen Smart TV, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer and daily housekeeping. Linen and towels are provided.
