The property sits in a quiet, central neighbourhood that is well served by public transport, with bus stops 3 minutes away and the metro within 10 minutes on foot. Piazza del Popolo is 800 metres away, and both Piazza Navona (1 km) and the Pantheon (1 km) are within easy walking distance, making it ideal for sightseeing on foot. Rome Ciampino Airport is 17 km away, and an ice-skating rink is in the surroundings. The area is safe and elegant, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby, and many major landmarks such as the Vatican and the Spanish Steps are reachable in 20 minutes on foot.

There are two apartment types: Standard and Deluxe, both with one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen or corner kitchen. The unit includes a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a seating area and a dining table. Air conditioning and heating are provided, though the sofa bed has been described as uncomfortable by some, and noise from the refrigerator and neighbouring flats can be an issue for light sleepers. The bathroom includes a shower or bath, and a hair dryer and iron are available. No balcony is provided, and the interior is functional rather than cosy.

The apartment does not include a pool, spa, gym or garden. However, the central location in Prati puts major attractions such as Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon within a 15- to 20-minute walk, providing a solid base for sightseeing.

WiFi is free in all areas but may not reach the bedroom reliably. Paid airport pick-up and drop-off are available, as are dry cleaning, ironing and laundry services (additional charge). A safety deposit box is free, and an invoice is provided. The property has fire extinguishers and a lift. No pets are allowed, and the entire building is non-smoking. Check-in is self-service via virtual keys, and while the host is reachable, they may not be immediately available for urgent on-site issues.
