VENETIAN DREAM APARTMENT, Venice

This apartment sits in the top-rated area of Venice, Dorsoduro, known for its local atmosphere, art museums, and fewer tourist crowds. The Ca' Rezzonico water-bus stop (line 1 and Alilaguna orange line from the airport) is a 2-3 minute walk. Most major sights - Frari Basilica (8 min), La Fenice Theatre, Piazza San Marco, and St Mark's Square (15-20 min) - are within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood is dotted with quiet squares, local bars, cafés, and small restaurants, plus a supermarket just 4 minutes away. For early or late airport transfers, a private taxi can be arranged from Piazzale Roma.

The apartment comprises a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa, and a modern private bathroom with shower and bidet. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed with high-quality pillows. The kitchen is well-equipped: stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer, and all cookware plus an electric kettle. A complimentary welcome pack includes coffee, tea, biscuits, and often juice or Prosecco. The bathroom is stocked with free toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Air-conditioning works efficiently even during heatwaves, and the soundproofed interior keeps the apartment quiet. The inner-courtyard balcony (with chairs and windows) provides a charming spot for relaxation. The entire apartment is on one level, accessible by lift, and features a private entrance.

Andrea stocks the kitchen with breakfast basics such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and biscuits - enough for a light self-service breakfast. For more variety, the surrounding Dorsoduro area offers numerous osterias, pizzerias, and cicchetti bars within a 2-5 minute walk. Supermarkets like Pasta & Sugo Venezia are just 4 minutes away for stocking up. Notable nearby dining includes Pizza Kebab Toletta (0.5 km), Pasticceria Toletta, and Ristoteca Oniga. For fine dining, Ristorante La Bitta (0.5 km) is a highly recommended local option.

This apartment has no gym, spa, or pool on site. However, the Dorsoduro neighbourhood is a cultural hub: the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Accademia Galleries are within a 10-minute walk. The nearby Grand Canal offers vaporetto and gondola rides. Day trips to Murano (glass-making island) are easy via the water bus from Ca' Rezzonico. The quiet street ensures a restful night after a day of walking.

The apartment provides a safety deposit box, ironing facilities, and a hairdryer. A private check-in and check-out service is included, with Andrea meeting you at the waterbus stop to show you the apartment. Luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out - a real benefit for early arrivals or late departures. Security includes 24-hour CCTV, smoke alarms, and key access. The apartment is non-smoking and for adults only. There is no parking: the area is car-free and served only by water transport. Andrea also provides printed local event schedules (e.g., Carnival) and restaurant recommendations.
