The guesthouse occupies a 16th-century building on a quiet street within easy walking distance of all main attractions-St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, and the Bridge of Sighs are each a short stroll away. From Piazzale Roma (the main car and bus terminal), it is about a 25-30 minute walk or a quick vaporetto ride on line 2 to the Rialto stop. For Marco Polo Airport, take the Alilaguna Blue Line ferry to Fondamente Nuove (approximately 40 minutes), then a few minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is well served by restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket just around the corner.

Rooms vary in size and view: standard rooms overlook a Venetian alley or the rooftops, while family suites and deluxe rooms offer canal views and often a separate seating area or extra bedroom. The family suite is spacious (about 45 m2) with a double bed and a double sofa bed, plus a fridge, dining table, and independent heating. Deluxe rooms may have garden views or a seating area. All rooms feature parquet floors, free toiletries, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms are basic; the more comfortable and spacious options are the family suite and deluxe rooms. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from the laneway, and rooms high up require climbing steep stairs.
